About Clear Perspectives
Clear Perspectives, LLC is an outpatient family mental health practice in Indianapolis, IN providing psychiatric medication management services. This practice is owned and operated by board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, Madeline Briere, PMHNP-BC and Sabrina White, PMHNP-BC. Courtney Tharp, PMHNP-BC rounds out our team providing medication management services to our patients. Our nurse practitioner team collaborates with Dr. Jerry Fletcher, a board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience who also serves as our Medical Director. All providers treat patients across the life-span but have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
We believe in a person-centered approach and therefore utilize a variety of techniques including psychiatric medication, individual support and lifestyle interventions to present you with a clear perspective of what your treatment plan will look like moving forward.
