New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation with Board Certified Psychiatric NP (PMHNP-BC)
The initial evaluation includes but is not limited to collecting personal and family history, medical history, screening tools, discussing medication recommendations if indicated and formulating a recommended treatment plan.
Medication Management Follow-Up with a Board Certified Psychiatric NP (PMHNP-BC)
This type of appointment includes but is not limited to evaluating response to current medication, discussing possible supplemental support and adjusting the ongoing treatment plan as needed.
Computer Based ADHD assessment tool with interpretation by Nurse Practitioner
This service is for those who do not have a previous ADHD diagnosis and are wanting to explore this for the first time as an add on to a psychiatric evaluation.
About Us
Clear Perspectives, LLC is an outpatient family mental health practice in Indianapolis, IN providing psychiatric medication management and therapy services. This practice is owned and operated by board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, Madeline Briere, PMHNP-BC and Sabrina White, PMHNP-BC. We are excited to welcome Courtney Tharp, PMHNP-BC who provides medication management services to all ages.

You will now be able to find the same Clear Perspectives psychiatric evaluation and medication services conveniently located in the Broadripple area. Our goal is to continue to provide the same collaborative approach by partnering in close proximity with the therapists at The Canalscape Collective.
Madeline and Sabrina will serve families here on the following schedule:
*now accepting new patients: Sabrina- Wednesdays & some Fridays (9am-4pm)
*starting January 2025: Madeline- Mondays & some Tuesdays (9am-4pm)
